Ok, I run some 5 stores in various locations of UK, three are outrightly owned by my family and 2 owned by others but running under my Limited Company.

From my experience, I can say this will not work because stock availability, demand, price, weather, customer attitude , margins all are varying from time to time.

Except Vodka and Scotch whose prices are dictated by a company called Diageo, we do not have control on anything other than this

UK is altogether a different business compared to USA bro....

here in us a C store is more coupled with a gas station and margins are 35-50% leaving great profits all stock.....

but in UK...it's complete super market business with no gas jobber....
