Water Spraying at regular intervals (dirt piles, unpaved paths, and active construction area). temporary fencing or mesh screens around the construction site, Limiting construction vehicles speed. ,Covering sand, cement, and dirt in covered areas or under tarps to reduce dust exposure.

Upper Respiratory Infection are increasing every year Kaka.... that too from Rural Background... especially during months of oct, nov, dec and jan. Depends. I will always tell them sometimes and cite literature. The key being the doctors you meet and your willingness to learn and apply things. There are new flu variants, not sure whether they are COVID mutants or new ones (lab made or natural) no conclusive testing thus far. I'm also seeing this disproportionately in people that took COVID vaccines, not just in India but also in Canada and US. I'm unvaccinated, so I'm using myself as a reference point. I may be wrong as I don't have conclusive evidence of lab cultures and other testings but that's a conjecture.
