Kashtamainadhi emi kaadhu kaani chala smart work cheyyaali... Mundhu janalaki notice avvaali... Industry lo talent 40 percent vunte 60 percent luck and PR kaavali and chala important opika vundaali... Nenu highly talented nannu industry thokkesthundhi ani oka moola koorchunte workout avvadhu... Opportunities manam create chesukuntene industry lo work out avuthundhi... 

Note: I'm not at all in film industry but family and close friends are in good positions... With their first hand experiences I expressed this conclusion
