It's a GMO product first used as lubricant in steam engines repurposed for cooking Stay away from all GMO SEED OIL. Stick to PEANUT OIL, SESAME OIL. People have been eating red meat for a long time now. If any Red Meat, assuming you're eating goat meat is very healthy compared to industrial poultry.
