we have to think like this what is use of the president if he cannot implement an rule with executive powers, 

he is the apex authority  in the country, he has right to repeal everything  what is the use of the president if he cannot rescind a  single policy, 

he may not be able to fire a single employee but he has right to remove the entire dept kada

The problem is not removing rule, but removing it in the right manner. If not, they will have fight a litigation again.

Already granted EADs ni vadilestaru mostly, its too much of a head ache to track them and cancel them once issued, also it can lead to more law suites. But no extensions / renewals..

2014-19 Trump deenni anta serious gaa teeskoledu, they thought the law suite will take care of blocking the rule but now it is an explicit item for them. They will chop it off with one executive order in the first 3 to 5 months..

Just a single line sql query is enough to send out revocation notices if they want to do so

but I think it opens them to unnecessary law suites. Mostly they will not take that risk..
