That's why I and some people before covid stopped sending money to India...or buying properties there. 

It started again by maestris who got lot of money recently.

Real estate kooda okay if you know when and where to buy.kaani long term investment in R.E kooda waste

Stock kuda next 3 to 4 years pedda returns emi undavu. Mostly consolidation or very small growth.

Indian stock market is very over valued at the moment,  stay away from it for the next 3 to 4 years.

Buy luxury properties the kind of properties that the top 1% will buy. Goa lo villa prices have become 6-8 times since 2019. Before 2019 you used to get luxury villas for 3 to 5 cr in Goa.  Now minimum villa is 8 crore plus. The DLF recently announced a 50cr each villa project in Goa

If you know where to invest and when to pull out ,you will make good gains .long term investments should be made in companies with good fundamentals but these adani bubbles are also good for making quick cash but you need to pull out at the right time.

Is this true about Amaravathi @kakatiya. You invested upwards of 1 cr, hope you got good returns on it.
