bench 150 lbs easy 200lbs on a good day with preworkout and if I am feeling really energetic..

Deadlift 200 lbs.

my sqat game is weak - 80 lbs max ante..

Numbers are way on the lower side for someone of your size, unless you mistakenly state "kgs" for "lbs".  You should be able to lift a lot more. I started deadlifts 2 months back and I'm at 150kg. I used to be a volume guy before and have benched 85kg when I was 22.

I don't know if you're interested but you should be able to deadlift 1.5 times your own weight at least and 2x to feel the strength. For squats, i stopped doing weighted ones since I moved to deadlifts but my approach would be to take deep front squats instead of back squats. I was doing 70kg for reps. Didn't aim higher.

I suggest for deadlifts and squats start with 80% your max weight and do reps if you want better numbers.

Also lifting heavy is not worth it as you keep aging you’ll face so many health issues if you keep lifting heavy not worth it tbh unless you’re a professional

Don't underestimate yourself and don't generalize Indians. Some very strong people I know were Indians that never lifted weights in gyms.

My mom's grandfather used to lift bindelu in kavadi from godavari canal and was built like a bull. He had pot belly but his arms and forearms were so big. I have seen really muscular guys doing carpentry and lifting empty and loaded gas cylinders like they were nothing in India

Now open YouTube and see new Indian generation doing deadlifts. You will be surprised to see they were hitting 200 kilos with ease and few hitting between 250- 300 kilos. Keep aside your mental barrier and go start lifting. My deadlift plateaued at 150 kg and I'm trying to figure out ways to rise it to 200 kilos. May be in 2 years, who knows.

I hate people who ego lift. They don’t reliaze everyone has their limits and different goals. They’re the ones who block bench and racks the whole time they’re there and most of them aren’t natural either

Don't give up on the worth yet man. If you become old without realizing what you're truly capable of physically then you have wasted your life and much of your masculinity with it.

Lifting heavy doesn't mean you need to be a top tier powerlifter or strong man or Olympic lifter. So long as you are natural and hit your absolute plateau you can push your body. You don't need to be "elite"

Infact it's good this way because, you will maintain your bone density, prime your metabolic rate and keep and enhance your muscle density. It will help to keep elevated testosterone levels and GH levels which would have gone down otherwise. It will indeed keep you way healthier than you think. Most of this injury risk come from poor form and trying to push over your absolute "plateau" in pursuit of "elite" status.

Why hate on someone who lifts more? You should enjoy challenging yourself. Being natural or not is their personal choice. Did someone laugh at you or teased you because you are lifting less?

If you're talking about me telling @ManOffSteel that he's capable of lifting more, then it's because I think he has more in him. If a 5'9 guy at 83 kilos lifts more than some one who is 6" and 200 lbs, that means other guy has a lot more capability in him that he didn't put to use.

200 kg if you train well may be achievable but with that saying, I rather focus on form and do more sets/reps with less weights than lifting heavy. easy ani kaadu but again not achievable feat aithe kaadu.

Yep 200 kilos is not  impossible. It's less than 2.5x of my body weight. Even if I get to 180 kg that's a good feat. Deadlift is primarily a strength exercise. Reps are good too but it primarily for strength, which is why you really see someone going over 25 reps. I do 20 sets of 1 reps with 120 kilos.

I can deadlift 400 lbs but only 2 to 3 reps. But at 200 lbs I can do 8-12 reps

benchpress I have only tried till 200 lbs. At 150 lbs I can do 6 to 8 reps.

For me, I don’t add weight until I can do 8 to 12 reps comfortably at the current weight
