Now I just maintain a flat tummy .. Eat in moderate ... and Intense cardio 5 days a week ..Extreme Hiking from time to time...

I never took any pictures .. Very few pictures India lo intlo untai ...

why would you want to gauge how truthful are from a random internet stranger. vallu truthful vunna lekapoina neeku poyedi em ledu, but if they aren't truthful they are fooling themselves kada because of their insecurities they create such illusion so vallani valle mosam chesukuntunnattu ninnu kaadu.

inter time nundi I used to do 2 hrs. Gym lo poradini nene lepevadini. 5-7 am. Konni yrs chesa. After that until Covid varaku weights regular but 1 hr and 4-5 days/week. 
after Covid only hiking and cardio.

It’s easy to know if someone is faking or real. Of course insecurity valla or just for fun valla or lots of other reasons valla kudaa fake cheyachu.

huge belly gurinchii antunna anna. read about it, other muscle groups laga rectus abdominus have limitations kada.
