No national party encourages local powers ,infact congress is better than bjp in this matter.

 even now , congress has more of these old leaders as compared to bjp.

In a regional party the boss is the supreme. One good thing with Jagan is you get to see a lot of new faces unlike Congress or even TDP. What do you mean by being elder? Does age alone demand respect?
