From my experience applying to jobs on LinkedIn, here’s what usually happens: in one case, you apply and then receive an email saying, unfortunately, they won’t be moving forward with your application. In another scenario, you get an interview scheduled, but afterward, there’s no feedback or update about the position.

These have been my experiences, but of course, it may vary for others.

Visa status: H1B

There aren’t any FTE opportunities in the market right now, as companies aren’t willing to transfer H1B visas or sponsor green cards at this time. For now, I can only consider C2C roles since my priority date is approaching.
