Same price ki condo bi not coming here. Please throw some inputs here, I know it is saturated and over crowded in dallas but still living in condo paying 650k doesn’t seem worth to me. It is good bro. You won’t get house for 650 in prosper Isd. Minimum 1M. What are your expectations? write down your check list and then analyze. for example for some folks it’s schools, for some it’s neighborhoods, depends on what you want. Meru undagaltara ee environment lo adi chuskondi. we moved from California to Dallas and we regretted immediately. After 3 years all good, it’s not bad also. So it’s up to you No one can tell you..
