FSA, HSA ye circumstances lo theesukuntaru?

If you have annual health realted major expenses or adult care expenses take FSA, FSA expires every year.

HSA wont expire and you can use any time in future for health related expenses.

HSA only if you take high deductible plan. You can offset the higher payments ( as deducible is high) with pre tax HSA dollars. If you are healthy and not expecting any surgeries or major care , then take it. You save by

1. Lower monthly payment

2. Dollars you contribute are pre tax and can grow tax free . They can be invested in mutual funds. I've seen friends whose HSA accounts are 100k !

These funds never expire.

FSA are couple of types. They are always lose if you don't use.

You can still take limited purpose FSA ( if your company offers ) also but only dental and vision expenses. This is in conjunction with HSA account.

That's general purpose FSA which is pre taxed which can be used for medical related expenses , including OTC medicines etc.
