They dont need h1b bro. Nigerians, uganda neoalese ..they get green card by the time their 3 year stem opt is over. H1b is only for indians. Most of these companies file eb2 gc instead of h1b for them. They dont even bother to apply for h1

Some Italian Guy was discussing about how current administration effects H1B processing from non Indian perspective on r/h1b yesterday. looks like some chase H1B too but percentage is low but still they have to compete with Indians.
