They want to reduce budget by 2 trillion. That’s a big ask. In addition we need to factor the deficit that will be accrued through additional tax cuts.
 

Obviously, Medicare and Medicaid will take the biggest hit.

No no it's not like that please increase the H-1B fees for every employee it must be like $10,000 and for if it's more than 10 employees it's 15,000 if it's more than 20 employees it's $20,000 after that for every 10 people Inc you add to the company on H-1B the 10,000 increase fee for every new H-1B

Insurance companies will disagree with this approach. Already they are not happy with all the aging population in vomerica.

For 70% of health care, you don't really need insurance. Its bloated.
