India citizenship tesukonadu friend. 

He want his son to become F1 and come in line of h1 and dotn want pula panpu to his son and learn from scratch!! Good idea?

in this senario GC wait list undadu. it depends on County of birth, not country of citizenship. Long wait list undadu for GC

Also if someone is born in USA they can automatically claim their citizenship at the embassy

May be more rich at home? Farm lands etc etc f1 and h1 doesn’t make any sense

ohhh, I think its only applicable once they turn 18 and only for 6months after that

Are you sure? Once a citizen always a citizen unless you cancel it yourself or am I wrong?

if you renounce it for the kid, the kid can reclaim it by going to an embassy once he turns 18, but only has a 6months to do so or else he has to go through other immigration process like F1, employment based GC etc. School fees are more for NRI's kada, anduku research chesinde. Dont have links now.

You’re wrong bro just googled it for you and it says there’s no time limit to reclaim citizenship so I’m right once a citizen always a citizen I think you’re talking about these people “Applicants who took the oath of renunciation before the age of eighteen” so if it’s a kid the kid had no saying in this matter he cud reclaim it whenever he or she wishes

In this situation father forcefully took Indian citizenship for son
