Galactus
bros, asking for a friend of friend of course, friend ki oka jaab offer vachindi , similar tier tech company (non faang), job pays approx 10% more than my current job - not a great increase (think about pay difference of 20k overall) with next year increase (hike + rsu) in current company in coming Apr, the difference 'could' be less than 5% current jaab lo koncham stress ekkuva, every day struggle lekka untundi, but tech is good and good learning scope, have to struggle a lot in next 6-12 months just to sustain, chance of promo after 1-2 years new jaab to tech is familiar, less learning scope compared to current jaab so chances are that it will be less stressful, chance of promo after 2-3 years have to make a decision,he gave an interview for another maang company but don't have confidence about positive result, interview mostly dobbindi ani feeling, so friend thinking about accepting new job? what would you do in this situation? The fact that you are looking for new opportunities tells that you are not happy with current job. Time to move on. Take risk and go for it.
