Recently saw an ABCD gal looks like she lifts weights I mean she’s a very fit butt and the point where her spine connects to the butt it’s very curved there and she doesn’t have fat at all 

what exercises should we do to get that curve I see that curve but only rarely in men and women what exercises better targets that area to keep it in great shape and fat free

Or is that shape just genetics??
