infact AC ippatiki 3 times bagucheyyincha. but new house teesukunte no issues until 8-10 yrs with min maintainence you can chill.

35 years old house and we moved in 3 years ago.Nothing major except garage springs replacement and a minor plumbing leak.

HVAC , water heater were replaced in 2017. Washer broke down and it was 10+ years old. learn to do basic maintenance like cleaning ac condenser coils every spring, furnace filter regularly and they'll  last long
