Majority of the realtors are worried as labour shortage and increased raw materials created stagnant profits and delayed closure dates leading to frustration among new home buyers. "It appears a potential resurgence in bidding work during December and January 2025, coinciding with anticipated layoffs among tech workers, particularly those in the single-family housing sector, ahead of Trump's return to office."
