Share Your USA Job Struggles

I see people around me motivating me to migrate to the US, as many other Telugu people have done, and start earning in dollars.

But I also see how the tech market is facing issues similar to what we are experiencing here in India. Many people are coming back without securing jobs within the required time period.

So, share some failure stories of yours or someone you know who couldn't find a job after their MS and had to return to India with a 50+ lakh loan.

I've observed something, baga settle avtadu ankuna vadu struggle avtunadu code rayadam Rani vallu settle avtunadu. I think soft unte Pani avadu streetsmart and a bit of cunning nature undali ipatlo and entha dooram ayna velta aney mindset is a must. I might be wrong malli dengakandi.

I have a close friend, he graduated in 2023 April.

He already had 6 years experience at that point as PM.

Couldn’t get a job to this day. Load is around 60 lakhs, I speak to him everyday and boost his morale, but I see him looking dejected, being unattentive and all.

He just went because of the family pressure. I feel sad for this guy but can’t do anything. He is not willing to come back to India as his entire family thinks he is worthless.

Corporate bosses derive sadistic pleasure from playing mental games by winning over the workers.

it all comes down to who wins over whom mentally. Not for weak minded beginners.

Soo true ra 💯. One need to be stubborn/cunning to survive in this competitive world. Above all,  a pinch 🤏 of luck 🍀 matters a lot anuko, like our @Sucker gadu.

Very true in USA. One does not have to lose their self-respect and do ass-licking. Maintain good relationships with colleagues/managers and build a network. It works when you are looking for opportunities or opportunities will find you ..

America is not meant for Batti students kaka.. those who have skills on how to go with flow and have connections and know how to stay in right place at right time they will shine...
