They will outsource if no h1bs! End of the day they will win by saving $$$! They should bring in a law if they outsource any work or product they should sell for the same discounted price , they shouldn’t be allowed to get it done for cheap and sell it for market price.

Truth be told.. govt jobs pay a lot more.. hourly based calculation chesukunte. Moreover, you have more flexibility to escape work, job security, and tyranny comes for free. Extra time tho family or side hustles pettukunte (pettukuntavu with your govt contacts and protections), you will be happy in life.
