All of it is very dependent on team and company. Senior taravata Staff, Principal, group whatever vuntadi. Levels.fyi lo choodu. It is evry dependent on team, company, and industry because.. suppose your team is incharge of hardware maintenance/development in a software company. Software company lo software ke pedda peeta vuntadi. Hardware will grow slowly or is seen as a support role. Alane development, architecture teams ki pedda peeta, over maintenance teams. It also depends on your dept's head.. if he is in cahoot with the management, you can grow. In a general sense progression path looks like Senior->Principal/Staff/Group -> Some places lo Senior Principal -> Director (multiple levels) -> VP and so on.

If I were you I will do some research in levels.fyi about your company. Secondly, recruiter ni aduguta.. guide me how the hierarchy is ani.. It is his responsibility.. you can ask him directly what is a fair answer for 5years target.. finally, ilanti questions latter part of the interviews adugutaru.. when director or hiring manager comes.. ask the same question in a different manner to early interviewers.. like how is the culture in the team.. how do people progress.. can you give some opinions on what the team is struggling with.. etc etc. Avi base chesukuni.. nee job responsbilities ni clear ga chadivi.. daantho paatu early questions of interview lo clues em istunnaro choosi.. daniki taggattu response ivvali.. don't go super fancy.. express your dreams.. be grounded and realistic.. say something what they are expecting in a more conservative style.. don't make it come across that you can ask for far too much too early.

Not really. Project Engineer and Engineering Program Managers are different. Project engineers take care of the entire project and they are pure scheduling oriented. Engineering program managers are more technical schedule managers and also need to jump in to remove bottlenecks that individual teams are blinded by or self centered.. in some ways, these people can whip individual technical teams.

thankyou bhayya for your detailed information.

In this role, I will be reporting to the Director, with my primary focus being on Security & Compliance area.

I have another interview with VP scheduled for Friday, where I plan to discuss the career path related to this role.

Obvious.

You discuss about your career path with you Director, not with your VP. With VP, be more polished and set realistic goals that comes out of your conversation with Director. Leda VP nuvvu package anukuni endorse cheyadu. There can also be a situation where Director and VP are not aligned. A very rare occurrence. Even though they are not aligned, they will not show it off in front of you. So, pick the clues with VP's interaction as well. A good question to ask VP is.. from your standpoint, what is keeping you awake at night? Do you have a plan to change it? How do you think I can help you? After he answers, endorse yourself with more strong points.. ivanni nuvvu munde rasukuni vunchukovali.. director tho interactions and job profile nunchi pick chesukuni..a analogy will excite anyone but not mandatory.
