You do not need any license to purchase a firearm. Bochedu konna aa rojullo.. form 4473 ani vuntadi choodu akkada. Concealed carry ki background check lu vuntayi.

True but very rarely you see it being enforced. America is gun friendly. As long as they are making money, they turn a blind eye.

Secondly, there is a workaround. The two ways applicable to us is getting a waiver for US Attorney General or procuring a hunting license. Many people including me obtained a hunting license so that we can purchase firearms. Depending on states, the process of procuring a hunting license requires you to go through a serious instillment of discipline training. States like CA take it easier while red states are sincere about trainings.
