Live lo code rapinchadam typical desi way of doing interview. Check for concepts and the candidate ability lo learn and do things.

We are not doing code checks.. looking for his approach when someone assign something and none of our desis do it better…

My whole point is all new fresh grads need to compete with undergrads here and undergrad students are more skilled as per my observation so far… 

sincere advice to all grad students don’t waste time on vlogs/reels/socialmedia… plz focus on your career skills

Mostly US lo nenu chusina trend idee .. Hire tejam .. and they have someone to complain to the manager. No one questions why they hired them ... Job security ..
