Clots are basic side effect. But the extent to which it affects differs from person to person. The inflammatory reactions like Myocarditis and pericarditis occured in some % of population. The problem with clots is you don't know the extent of clots. Body will try to contain them but they may snow ball and become bigger with time ultimately ending up in giving you a heart attack or other cardiovascular events due to embolism.
