There is limit how high prices can go...... Rakul KTR with Myhome, Rajpushpa, etc created affordability crisis in last 10 years .... TRS destroyed and wiped off all local small Apartment builders in and around Hyderabad........ people have no option but to chose Myhome, Aparna or Rajpushpa now....... 10 years back Hyd was 60% Cheaper than Bengaluru. Now its equal and if not more expensive than Bangalore.

Real Estate most of the time is tied to MORTGAGE buyers who are salaried employees. Rest either buy in cash or use it to launder money. 

Global slow down valla India motham slow undhi. Revantham effect ankunte, Amravathi ekkadiki velli koorchovali kadha. People want to get out Amravathi and buy in Hyderbad and Bangalore.

Jagan is way better than Revantham. Revantham is a Babori benami kept in power. But Dora did enough damage to entire state, so Revantham was necessary force to topple Dora.

Buyers want lower prices coz of hydra affect and the overall real estate being slow .. But Sellers are not budging yet .. But they will soon .. They have to start paying interest rates on borrowed money. There will also be pressure from Land Owners who sold the land to venture developers ..

This is true. Most of the land holdings in and around Hyderabad and most of Telangana are now owned by Reddys. I think this will continue irrespective of the government that comes into power as the Reddys in Telangana have a 100s of years of headstart/advantage when it comes to land owning..

Can't say. Market will get better in 2 years due to lower interest rates globally. 

People will think that its because of Revantham.
