TRS destroyed and wiped off all local small Apartment builders in and around Hyderabad........ people have no option but to chose Myhome, Aparna or Rajpushpa now....... 10 years back Hyd was 60% Cheaper than Bengaluru. But they will soon .. They have to start paying interest rates on borrowed money. There will also be pressure from Land Owners who sold the land to venture developers ..
