Trump says 25% tariff from Canada and Mexico

Trump said that on Jan. 20, in one of his first executive orders, he would sign all the necessary paperwork to levy a 25% tariff on all products arriving from the U.S.’s North American neighbors.

 

 

“This Tariff will remain in effect until such time as Drugs, in particular Fentanyl, and all Illegal Aliens stop this Invasion of our Country!” he wrote. “Both Mexico and Canada have the absolute right and power to easily solve this long simmering problem. We hereby demand that they use this power, and until such time that they do, it is time for them to pay a very big price!”

 

For the bold text: Seems like Canadians knew Trump gonna be president, by looking at the chronology of the events, cracking down the biggest meth/drug lab in BC, cracking down human traffickers and news about immigrants cut and stricter borders before elections.

In the call, Trudeau pointed out that the number of migrants crossing the border from Canada was much smaller compared to the number crossing the border from Mexico, the official said.

I'm living in Upstate NY, not Ontario. I don't think my wage level allows me any of those benefits, plus I'm a non resident for past few years.

Just an example, wheat, soy, apmonds, canola, etc lanti agri produce is American agri backbone and china is the biggest buyer of these trades. Ipudu vadu russia tho chetulu kalipi russian farms la investing and in 2-3 years China may completely stop importing agri produce from US.
