Hi friends,

Not related to performance in bed but in general anyone using shilajit for low energy levels in your body during all day. Unreasoned fatigue.

I was told shilajit might help. There are several brands,  trying to find original or the one that works.

Thanks in advance

I am taking white shilajit powder from my childhood when ever we feel body heat.It won't give any energy.it will reduce the heat from your body.My parents know how to prepare shilajit powder from the stone.
