I am married on last month November 17th bro iam on h1b and my husband was on stem opt On nov29 th while returning into USA in the immigration my husband f1 visa got cancelled Can he come back on h4 dependent visa as i am in h1b? Sure. Why did they canceled? Due to day1 cpt college and they found out 8years resume in his phone, even he try to explain that he didn't use the resume to apply for any job they are not ready to hear

they can delay the approvals.. and create more hurdles for approvals

I really doubt they will… h4 EAD mida chala businesses run avtunnayi.. they being in lot of tax revenue.. trump has way too many things to pass in the Congress.. out of all, this will get a big push back.. unemployment rate is also very very low.. so they have no incentive to do it.. 

I think they will start with h1 approval tightening and delaying h4 EAD approvals.. it is general consensus that if someone is in the country legally, they should be allowed to work.. they should contribute to the society..

Last time try chesaru anna.. but work avvaledu bcoz of court litigations.. they will drag them out until it goes to Supreme Court
