Pushpa 2: Midnight shows cancelled in Bengaluru anta - Distributors trying to negotiate

Pushpa 2 starring Allu Arjun is all set for release from this midnight with the premiere shows. These shows have also been planned in other states like in Bengaluru, Karnataka for fans and audience. Now, Kannada Film Producers Association took objection to these screenings of premiere shows with exorbitant prices of more than ₹1000. They appealed to cancel these midnight shows which have also been okayed by the Bengaluru District Collector. This came as a shocker for the team of Pushpa 2.

The Association argued that there have been no midnight shows allowed in Karnataka before 6 AM and appealed to continue the same tradition for Pushpa 2 as well to control the prices which would facilitate for regional films in Karnataka. The District Collector of Bengaluru has also reacted to this and ordered against the screening of midnight shows in Bengaluru. He has directed the concerned authorities as well to maintain his orders.

 

Well, there are just 3 hours left for the commencement of the midnight show planned at 9:30 PM and this is definitely a disappointment for the team of Pushpa 2. If not allowed, they have to go ahead with the regular shows starting from 6 AM from tomorrow onwards
