milk lo natural sugar ni lactose antaru kada mari? its another form of sugar

Companies exploit this innocence. Be smart.

Even natural sugar should be in limited quantities.

Jaggery is natural sugar.....its like adding more jaggery to yogurt whenever you eat.

I know that since we grew up in high density environment, we have this habit of judging others.

Its better to keep it under control and let the conversation be civil.

Reminding everyone not to buy Desi Yogurt.

Even if its natural sugar, 12g is too much. Gopi Yogurt has 8g which is still high.

Better buy something from Walmart or other grocery stores which have 5g sugar(Less than 50% sugar).

Best option is to make your own but I can understand that people do look for convenience.

Homemade best anna

but milk also has same quantity of sugar if you go check nutritional label. if you make it at home or buy at store it will have same sugar content. agree store bought is bad than home made but sugar wise it is same.

That is not the conversation we are having in this thread.

Understand the intent and try to add to it for greater good.

Yogurt bacteria converts come of the sugar during fermentation.
