"Thumara Naam Kya hai ?" -> Your Name What ?

"Ne Peru Enti ?" -> Your Name What ?

North or South we do "TRUE TRANSLATION", maake, maa english ke peru pedthunnara ????

You don’t have to be perfect.. but it is okay if you are able to tell them the right way… past, present and future tenses ni interchange chesi type chesestunnaru… no one knows what they are trying to convey….
Task ayyindani cheptunnado, avvaledu antunnado, cheyyali ani cheptunnado telidu 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

A lot depends on whom are trying to reach out to, and context. If it's my boss, I just use Hi/GM Boss name and end with Thanks, my initials (CM). When I write to others at work I routinely interact with,  I don't even use salutations, just the name and the reason for email. I don't write a lot in emails like I do in the  DB😁 .

At the end of the day, email is modern version of office memos and how you write it depends on the context.

Then your talks are more informal. Everything cannot be that same way. At executive level, you need to have a record of important events....teams msg cannot be regarded as one.
