Niw ke no patents or papers needed. Recent times lo fragomen is doing most of eb2s in NIW in my company and many got approval. NIW is EB2 so he still have to wait in eb2 but the advantage is in future if he change job no refiling of i-140 needed and when date become current no employer support needed.
