You need to setup more support.. you can either do it on your own by buying from Home Depot (some carpenter work needed) or get it from ikea..Ā

Get few 1x4ā€™s - at least 3 or 4 for additional supportā€¦ get 1 or two 2x2 and cut them to your bed size and screw them.. it should look something like this.. the more support you have the better it isā€¦ if you have kids who jump on the bed a lot, you need lot more supportĀ

atleast for me flat base like plywood feels better than slats, get measurements and buy plywood with atleast 3/4" thickness, shouldn't be that expensive. homedepot will cut it for you. Use some drywall screws to screw it to the bedframe

Twin ki akkarledu anukuntaa.. but for queen and king beds, you need ground support.. Anduke 2x2 planks.. check the link above.. cut them at the same length as the existing support planks using a saw..

I added these for all my beds..Ā

plywood will leads to long term back pain issues

if plywood is really that viable solution we would have seen all cots withĀ plywood

there are many manufacturers here who use flat base instead of slats. Look into high end Japanese beds. The kind of mattress you use matters not the bed for back issues. downside is it traps moisture for a heavy sweater but not really a big dealĀ
