for many ppl, is is becoming hard to earn even the insurance money…. Unless you have a big circle or willing to spend lot of money on ads, you wont make any meaningful income for the time you spend

He works part time anna.. he does lot of things.. this is just one of them.. realtor from more than 10 years I think
