@Jatka Bandi I do a lot of hiking. There is a steep hill nearby and 1 mile length. I used to do it 2 repetitions, 3-4 times a week. Keeps me super fit. But every 2-3 months my back would hurt. Stopped now. Do more treadmill and stretching. No more issues.

we Indians never train core anna; also we are never taught to actually how to lift things up without bending the spine in squat position despite we Indians are better at squats thanks to indian style but we are slowly changing ourselves to not to squat by going western style commodes.

Very true. Being aware of how to distribute weight to reduce back impact is one thing. Implementing is another.

I have a weird problem. When ever I try to do core training, I get cramps in stomach muscles. Doctor has no answer. I tried to ease in, but the moment intensity hits, I get cramps. Google has no answers

I eat moderately. My diet is proper.

I get cramps only when I work on my core esp Crunches, leg raises or plank. Starts 2nd day. If I don't work on my core, no issues.

Hiking lo kuda technique vuntundi.. based on that back pain, knee pains vastayi.. Even calf pains but this is mostly muscle related, unlike the former two.

Try doing a lot of core. Kickboxing join avvu konni rojulu. Exercise coach lantivi kuda chudu mee area lo. Swimming is another. Ivi chesi naatho matladu entha chnages vastayo. SLowly get into pull ups.
