Very true. Being aware of how to distribute weight to reduce back impact is one thing. Implementing is another.

I have a weird problem. When ever I try to do core training, I get cramps in stomach muscles. Doctor has no answer. I tried to ease in, but the moment intensity hits, I get cramps. Google has no answers

Does your diet include bananas, spinach, and nuts? Mineral deficiencies ki blood test cheyinchuko.

Somewhere I read that if one loses weight radiply, you may get cramps. But that's not he case for me.

Bump up banana, spinach, and nuts. Also, the pain you are mentioning may be normal. You probably are just not used to tearing muscle as part of beefing up? Normal tests lo mineral checks cheyaru. Special blood test vuntadi. Insurance lo nutritionist visits free ee vuntayi. Take advantage and get that blood test (test may cost upto $200).

Hiking lo kuda technique vuntundi.. based on that back pain, knee pains vastayi.. Even calf pains but this is mostly muscle related, unlike the former two.

Try doing a lot of core. Kickboxing join avvu konni rojulu. Exercise coach lantivi kuda chudu mee area lo. Swimming is another. Ivi chesi naatho matladu entha chnages vastayo. SLowly get into pull ups.

I think my posture is def causing it. No knee or calf pains. Swimming - I have to learn. Never been serious about it. Pullups and pushups I always did while going to gym. Stopped since Covid anuko.

Its not bulking up problem. Bulky muscles and tearing up and recovery were a part of it.

I get cramps only when I train core. My doctor was also like - Never heard this before. His solution - Stop training core.
