Finland is not considered a Eastern European country.. Poland is part of it.. I think they consider all the countries which were under ussr and Russian influence are considered Eastern Europe

my wife manages a team of devs and two of them are from Poland. She talks to them like a school teacher  because they’re not good at English but says they deliver exceptional work and are the best in her team

Plenty of thella papalu from Ukraine and Eastern European nations are getting into IT roles, mostly into project management, scrum master, BA roles. 

They may not have great English but chexy ga untaru, plus baaga easy ga imidipotharu food wise with the locals so local thella musali and middle aged vuncles super happy to see young chexy European aunties in the team.
