naveen_reddy
Hello annas, I have graduated from MSCS, but haven't been able to find a job yet. So, was thinking of joining a consultancy. Can you please let me know what are the immigration/visa issues if I file h1b via consultancy? Will my application get denied/rejected? I am planning to work in consultancy for sometime, and try for FTE parallely, and move to FTE once I get it. Thank you!

neneno1
There are many positions open lately for freshers as big companies can hire for reasonable salaries and make them do more work as they are young rather than paying hugeee for experienced guys.. u just have to work hard for 3 months for interview prep and u can get a full time.. In this crucial phase of ur life, if u cannot spend 3 months daily 8hrs prep then u are already tuned for consultancy model… you know what u should chose

enigmatic
may be risky right now with trump. but FT job market for freshers is also not great since a few years. so join consultancy get a contracting job but keep preparing and look out for any FT oppurtunities.
