This shift is looking very similar to what TESLA did with price reductions and 0 financing loans.

600-800K is the avg price range most of the DB members would be able to buy or afford.

Mortage Rates increased since yesterday following rate cut. builders must adjust rates. not sure how you got info. rates are back to >6.5 % APR now.

For. 1.5 Million property, 100k price reduction is pretty marginal kaka…

Else where, there is price reduction or some good offers on upgrades but drastically evadu tagginchaledu…

In another case, in Southern Ca, I know a home buyer who could negotiate almost 25k on lot premium but the base price remained the same.

M/I homes waiving off lot premiums, $10k flex cash,  3% towards closing costs if took M/I homes financial mortgage.
 

Just 6 months back lottery unde, epudu lottery ledhu and lot premium kuda waive chesthunnaru.
