They cannot catch up latest tech as they did same thing for last 10-20 years and young guys will be ready to replace them unless u are in some niche tech . U can upgrade your tech and learn new things but oka level seniority vachaka u have take up architect level or be a lead. Its personal choice ,but after some time u have to compramise pay wise , but inflation will not and your friends and peers will go ip. Pakkonodi gurinchi nakenduku anukuntey thats okay.
