He works as a contractor to google as a cloud network engineer. While coming back he had immigration check in abu dhabi and officer asked so many questions including bank statements/pay stubs ,his monthly pay stubs was not same My cousin told him that he will get overtime pay so that is y it’s fluctuates but immigration officer did not listen and cancelled his h1b visa My cousin said total 6 people got their visas cancelled including opt and stemopt students My cousin didnt say to his employer yet What are the possibilities he can come back??????
