Doctors are not necessarily smart. Don't let that arrogance to keep you blinded. The guy on the left doesn't appear to to have 9% body fat.

That's not even remotely close to what I have asked in the question .what are the factors which affect the threshold of least amount of body-fat you can have.

Doctors are smart , it's beyond your comprehension, it's not everyone's cup of tea to study medicine and Excel in it

Are you sure? LANCET did publish many downright stupid articles on safety and effectiveness of COVID Vaxx. Guess, who funded those, it's CDC. The study funders and their political clout plays a far more important role

I have seen smart doctors and dumb ones as well. The latter ones are usually most arrogant. The ones I met in India, do keep writing pills without even proper investigation.  Say a 42 year old man comes to you with high blood pressure with no thyroid and normal renal function. What would you do?

Lol that's what I am saying even if it is the least body fat percentage it should be transported to the organs like brain and heart and other tissues for metabolism to be used for energy and building cell membranes for transport you require lipoproteins which are HDL and LDL so the stored fats which are broken down to fatty acids are transported to destined organs

Now do you understand the threshold of low fat is dependent on LDL and HDL levels because they are the ones transporting fatty acids

This is completely different stuff altogether, they don't make a mistake in publishing his father percentage value, as a pharmacist I think you understand the difference between the two
