I told about incident only 1st. He was not aware of things what happened. He got permission plain and straight. Now a women died, unfortunately but police is back to shifting blame. If anyone needs to be blamed it is police not managing crowd.

You can’t say he is aware of…and more over, it doesn’t matter. Inspite of denying permission, he arrived at the theatre which has caused this incident.

There is no explicit denial.  I know how our police works. Especially RTC X roads. I studied there. How they extract money from events. They lie through their throat.

You trust the police. I don't trust them based on their past behaviour and personal experience with how they extract from social events .
