Lot of certificate courses in data and UX were pushed and made popular by google/coursera. Lot of americans figured out that IT not just complicated coding but just configuration changes with basic sql ani. For eg. naku telisina okka oil rig worker started learning Data, ETL and Tableau reporting during covid. He is kind of close to me and said why the f*ck do we need foreigners to do these jobs. Maa lanti valaki direction unte we can also do these jobs instead of working hard jobs like on rig staying away from family for days. He was saying his american friends think all IT jobs are complicated coding jobs. Now, he is working two Tableau reporting jobs and trying to help his friends and families into it.
