I think they are trying to diff between adhe ippudu but people are jumping in for wrong reasons. Musk and co getting many fed contracts now they need more H1B anta as a contractors with public trust. chip design and chip fabrication lo chala difference untundi. US has lost chip fabrication capability completely. Intel was leader in chip fabrication but TSMC Samsung completely took that market from intel antukuni layoffs. Top end Chip design jobs are still here in US and chip fab lo layoff ayyina valu aa work cheya leru.

As i said nenu mamulu IT developer but since my friend is in chip design I understood these things. Majority mana telugu vale aiyte .net chestu valu leka pote US ledu ane feeling lo untaru.

Also time time ki needed specialization changes. Like 25 years back data entry was a specialized job and ppl used to get high skill visa for that job, in this day and age it is not a high skill job. 15 years back .net was high skill uppudu high school kids can do it.
