US has lost chip fabrication capability completely. Intel was leader in chip fabrication but TSMC Samsung completely took that market from intel antukuni layoffs. Top end Chip design jobs are still here in US and chip fab lo layoff ayyina valu aa work cheya leru. Also time time ki needed specialization changes. Like 25 years back data entry was a specialized job and ppl used to get high skill visa for that job, in this day and age it is not a high skill job. 15 years back .net was high skill uppudu high school kids can do it.
