The average inflation from 1990 is around 2.55% each so the salaries increment have to be doubled in order to keep up with the inflation and make some savings so let's take it as 5% each so the average h1 salary in 1990 was around $60,000 so if you calculate with them component annual salary growth rate as 5% each tubidy inflation the salary should be around 330,000 per year which I believe is a fair number considering that the people who are on H-1B are considered as very high tech High skilled extremely talented people

I see people getting paid around $330,000 is a fair number getting paid then $90,000 

So if people on H1 we believe that they are very high-tech high skilled extremely knowledgeable extremely talented then they should be getting that kind of a salary either if someone is coming from India he should be at least be paid $250,000 so

Indians are paid 3 times less ante you can employ 30 ppl instead of 10. That's a totally different ball game 

 

Americans don't do work of three for one. They will extort more for that
