yes, even pizza delivery pedithe min 50$ easy and then tip 20% aithe 60$ at least

food and eating out has become too costly

also, bayata food mostly junk anna, we are paying these 80$+ for eating out and its full of bad oil, fried food, feeling bad actually, manchi food aithe chala takkuva options untunnayi

Costco pothe inka anthe, min 500-600$, andulo sogam waste/junk

last 2-3 months lo reduced buying junk from costco, checking sugar on all that bulk snacks , avoided most of them except for 1-2 snacks , kids unte 1-2 tappadu sometimes, will have to cut them out soon as well

bill reduced to less than 300$ after avoiding junk foods or sugary items

What I observed is that most of the snacks from Costco, Sams, heb, walmat, Indian grocery stores etc eveything has too much sugar, basically all snacks lo sugar petti ammestunnaru whether its needed or not, situation has become too bad

even something like multi vits have sugars these days, em cheptham

fruits here are also too sweet, grapes etc tinte they taste like candy, even sweeter than some of these snacks, fruit juices full of sugar

basically sugar free options kosam choosthe they have some other dangerous ingredients

only veggies or some other less sugary fruit options are suitable

very hard to control diet here, not sure how others are avoiding these sugary goods

outside eating ani cheppe vallu assalu where are you eating ? any healthy options to consider?
